We believe in customer service and have a personal policy of not dealing with companies where we cannot talk to someone about our concerns. Now of course we are not big enough to maintain a 24 hour staff to answer phones, but we will return calls if you email us a phone number. Any Questions? Need a special piece of music? Have a music composition you'd like to see us arrange? Do you have some music arrangements or compositions to put onto, our site? Is there a broken link somewhere or a problem with your music download? (We know that computers and printers do crash at the most inopportune times.) Do you despise wasting time? I do too. So with my 'inside connections ' I convinced Carl that he should pry some of his hard won music teaching wisdom out of his brain and put it down for the rest of us to benefit from. Not only that but I convinced him he should do it for free. (I LOVE FREE!) Like you I have been out in the trenches trying to get good rehearsals out of less than enthusiastic music program participants. Carl Hammond's credits include conducting bands and orchestras, teaching music, performing on piano & trombone, musical composing, and arranging music on a worldwide stage.
